Have you considered …
Have you considered making a dvd (that you can score) of your cake masters class? I would absolutely love to learn English piping techniques. It’s a bit of a lost art form here in the States. As much as I would love to get to Liverpool (and Scarborough. I have family there) it’s not feasible.
Love the vid. I’ll be making Dia de Los Muertos cookies this year. They’re a traditional Mexican thing.
